This week young filmmaker, Simon Cade shares his top 10 tips for making YouTube videos.

We join young filmmaker, Simon Cade, at DSLRguide to look at his top 10 tips when it comes to making videos, specifically for YouTube.

When starting out on YouTube it’s really easy to get wrapped up in the numbers; amount of likes, subscribers, comments… That’s once you’ve actually started, often we can’t even begin a project because we worry to much about having the right equipment. Other times there’s the temptation to give up to quickly, because things aren’t happening quickly enough, or look as perfect as we like.  I think the main thing here is to just start, it doesn’t have to be perfect, or completely thought out. Just start and your ideas will develop from there. On that note, here’s Simon’s tips to get you going.
