Join us for a practical fashion and portraiture workshop presented by acclaimed international photographer Patrick Toselli, brought to you by Orms and Tamron.
If you are thinking about branching out into the world of studio portraiture or fashion photography, but you are puzzled by the daunting world of portrait lighting, this workshop is for you. You will learn how to take control of your lighting environment and produce the style you envision by understanding the properties of light and the manipulation possible with light modifiers.
- Booking: Due to very limited space, attendees will need to book their spots by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Bookings will be taken on a first come, first serve bases, and limited to two spots per person.

- What To Bring: Your camera, with a standard zoom lens and/or a portrait lens, plus a couple of your images that you would like feedback on.
Patrick studied photography in Paris with masters the like of Peter Knapp and Herman Leonard. After completing his studies, he worked with Courreges, les Trois Suisses, Vogues, ELLE, and Marie Claire, and he also shot cover artwork for music albums. Patrick moved to South Africa in 1982, and now shoots fashion, beauty, catalogues, and advertising, as well as some work for the motion picture industry. He has also produced a few books with his wife, beauty editor and stylist Leigh Toselli. Patrick is currently working on a portraiture coffee table book.
