“I collaborated with Orms on an amazing project to spread inspiration and share my own imaginative process. Welcome to the Orms Maker Series.” – Niquita Bento

Welcome to the Orms Maker Series, our mission is simple – to spread inspiration. No one knows for sure where inspiration comes from. All we can be sure of is that it exists. Some of us chase it; others have enough of it for all of us combined. It’s just one of those things. You know it when it hits you, and when it does, you have to act. You have to bake, paint, capture – you have to create.

Our idea with the Orms Maker Series, to inspire creativity through beautiful photos of the creative process. Over the coming months, we will be collaborating with local photographers, designers and creatives to showcase a variety of inspirational projects. To start, we teamed up with local creative, Niquita Bento…

As a creative, I know that inspiration is what gets me going, it’s what drives the hustle. I collaborated with Orms on an amazing project to spread inspiration and share my own imaginative process.

I shared a short image diary which was shared on Instagram, this allowed for a 3-day view into my life and my creative process from inspiration to output.

I’m constantly asked about my use of cameras and although I have my DSLR which I use for most of my professional work, I’m currently using my latest obsession in cameras – the Canon M3. I’ve been looking for a camera that’s capable of my DSLR, but small enough to fit in my handbag. In the video above, I chat about my day to day life, as well as how much I’m loving this new little baby.

You can shop the Canon M3 at Orms Direct along with any other magical photographic thing you can think of.

I’ve also shared one of my favorite ways to cherish my snaps, you can find that in the Orms Maker Series: Niquita Bento | Part 2 here.
