ISS commander Chris Hadfield has filmed the first music video in space, a cover of David Bowie’s Space Oddity.
Humanity reached another small milestone yesterday when International Space Station commander Chris Hadfield uploaded the first music video filmed in space to YouTube, a very appropriate cover of David Bowie’s Space Oddity.
Commander Hadfield will be departing the ISS aboard a Soyuz capsule later today, and his presence in space will be missed by photographers – he’s managed to capture some extraordinary images from space, including this great shot of the Western Cape earlier today:
