In this week’s Photoshop tutorial, I will show you how to create a rain effect and add it to your photos. For this technique you will not need an external plugin or advanced Photoshop skills. We will be using simple masking and blending techniques. Also bear in mind that this effect looks better on darker and more contrasty images!
