Fear not, in this episode of Michromatic, Mark explains what it means, why people use it and how to apply crop factor to various camera lenses and systems. Be warned, this does require a bit of math. You should also know that understanding crop factor won’t actually improve your photographic skills. However as Mark says, it will at least keep you from saying something embarrassing on Reddit.
