Photos from the UCT Architecture Department’s masters student exhibition, featuring work printed by the Orms Print Room.
At the Orms Print Room, we print more than just photographic works – a prime example being architecture masters student Tali Gild’s designs for her graduation exhibition.
We attended the exhibition at the Centlivres Building on UCT’s Upper Campus yesterday afternoon to view Tali and her fellow students incredible work, which left us leaving very impressed by the up-and-coming talent.
Tali’s project was printed by Ellie de Beer at the Orms Print Room on 220gsm Satin Poster Paper on our Epson GS6000 inkjet printer. The entire job took five hours to print, and two hours to cut and trim by hand!
The UCT School of Architecture’s masters exhibition will be on show to the public until tomorrow, 16 November 2013. If you’re interested in viewing the work, please contact the UCT welcome centre on 021 650 3121, or contact the architecture department itself for more information. Upper Campus is fairly quiet at the moment, so parking should be available for visitors.
