The holidays are almost upon us, so here’s some important dates and trading hours to keep in mind when planning your shopping, as well as your printing and framing orders.
Orms Cape Town / Orms Bellville / Orms Print Room & Framing
All our stores in Cape Town and Bellville will be open on Wednesday 16 December 2015. Here’s the stores’ holiday trading hours. On the dates not listed, regular trading hours will be followed.
Orms Print Room & Framing
The Orms Print Room will be open and taking orders during the holiday trading hours listed above, and the current turnaround time on canvas, metal, perspex and wood prints is seven working days. To ensure that your prints are ready before Christmas, please place the order on or before Friday 18 December 2015. Orders placed after this date may still be ready before the holidays, but we can’t guarantee it – please enquire in store for confirmation.
The Framing factory will be closing from Friday 18 December 2015 until Wednesday 6 January 2016. During this time, our consultants will still be available to process any custom framing orders which will then be ready for collection around the 13th of January 2016. To ensure that frames are ready before the factory closes, spray painted frames and block mounts will need to be ordered before Friday 4 December 2015, Diasec® mounts will need to be ordered before Monday 7 December 2015, and any natural or stained frames by Friday 11th December 2015.
Orms Photo Books
The turnaround time on all Orms Photo Books and printing orders are currently 7 to 10 working days. Last orders guaranteed to be delivered for Christmas will need to be placed on or before 13 December 2015. Of course, you will still be able to place orders after the 12th, but we will not be able to guarantee delivery before Christmas.
Orms Direct
To ensure delivery before Christmas: if making payment via EFT or bank transfer, please place your order on or before Thursday 17 December 2015, and if you’re making payment via credit card, please place your order on or before Friday 18 December 2015. This only applies to goods that are in stock.
Orms Direct will still be processing orders during regular trading hours, as well as the holiday-specific trading hours listed above.
