Ynon Lan from Tel Aviv decided to capture the energy of New York City in the form of a motion clip compiled by hundreds of stills photographs taken throughout the city streets.
Ynon Lan, a Motion Graphic Artist from Tel Aviv recently visited New York City for the first time. While there he spent his free time walking the streets and experiencing the city with his Canon 550D in hand. Ynon says: “I was looking for a way to portray all the different types of scenery and people that I saw, as well as keep the constant energy of the city”. He finally decided to compile the hundreds of photographs he took into a motion clip, as if they were one flowing motion.
In all it took Ynon a week to shoot all the images, while the editing process in Premiere and After Effects took a month to complete. Have a look.
