The Fresh Coast Project is American photographer Ed Wargin’s endeavour to photograph the Great Lakes on film.
The Fresh Coast Project is American photographer Ed Wargin‘s massive endeavour to capture the nature and coasts of the Great Lakes on medium format film. Considering that the shoreline of the interconnected great lakes stretches for more than 16,000 kilometres, this is no small undertaking. Below you’ll find an excellent video called “The Edit”, in which he receives a batch of 120 film fresh from processing (definitely worth a watch!) and some photographs from the project. Have a look at the project’s website for more inspiration (seriously).
