Ilan Godfrey’s award-winning Legacy Of The Mine exhibition will be opening at the UCT Irma Stern Museum this weekend.
Last year’s Ernest Cole Award-winning photographer Ilan Godfrey‘s Legacy Of The Mine exhibition will be opening this Saturday at the UCT Irma Stern Museum.
Legacy Of The Mine is the body of work with which Ilan won the 2012 Ernest Cole Award. The award includes a R150,000 grant with which the winner can complete their project, set up an exhibition as well as publish a photo book. After showing in Cape Town, the exhibition will travel to Durban and Johannesburg. The book accompanying the exhibition will be available for R300.
