Take a look at the new Sony a7S II Full Frame Mirrorless Camera, successor to the powerful A7s with advanced video capabilities and internal 4K recording.
Sony recently announced the Sony Alpha A7S II full-frame mirrorless camera. The A7S II is the successor to the powerful Sony A7s, and features new advanced video capabilities and internal 4K recording.
The A7S II shares the same 12.2-megapixel, 50 to 409,600 ISO full frame CMOS sensor, but now features internal 4k recording, and 5x high speed Full HD recording. 4K can be recorded at a maximum bitrate of 100MB/s, and at 24 or 30 frames per second; and 1080p Full HD can be recorded at a whopping frame rate of 120 or 100 frames per second.
4K video recording is done by using each pixel on the sensor to provide a full pixel readout, without pixel binning in full frame format. Thereβs also an uncompressed HDMI output that lets you use an external recorder for clean 4K recording with 4:2:2 sampling.
Other high-end movie features includes: S-Gamut3.Cine/S-Log3, 14-stop latitude in S-Log3 gamma, new Gamma Assist Display, enhanced Zebra Function, 5-axis optical image stabilisation, and 169-point AF.
