The Canon EOS R50 Stills Capabilities

The Canon EOS R50 is the perfect photographic tool for creators wanting to improve their photographic skills and evolve from smartphone content creation. The R50’s impressive autofocus coverage is thanks to the high-powered, highly responsive Dual Pixel AF II autofocusing system. Its automatic subject detection and tracking can automatically identify subjects and keep them locked onto your screen as you work.

Thanks to the R50’s 24.2-million-pixel CMOS (APS-C) image sensor and DIGIC X Image Processor, you can capture stunning images with reduced noise, create beautiful photographs with natural bokeh and capture highly detailed work in low-light settings.

With 12 frames per second of continuous shooting when using the Electronic First Curtain shutter mode and up to 15 frames per second when shooting in Electronic Shutter mode, you’ll never miss a moment when shooting with the incredible Canon EOS R50.

Should you find yourself in difficult shooting settings, the R50’S Advanced A+ Assist will help you get that shot. With an expanded array of auto-compatible scenes, the Advanced A+ Assist helps to reduce overexposure, create stunning images and helps you capture detailed macro photography with a deeper depth of field.
