Landscape and travel photographer Thomas Heaton is no stranger to shooting in the toughest of elements but on his latest excursion, Heaton landed himself in a pretty dangerous situation.
In his latest YouTube upload, Thomas Heaton is given the rare opportunity to try his hand at capturing a violent storm passing through the British coastline. Heaton admits that he’s always wanted to capture the violence of a storm rolling in, but very rarely has the opportunity. So when the storm warnings were being broadcast around his region, Heaton packed up his van and grabbed the opportunity, and risk with both hands.
Watch as Heaton lands himself in the middle of a truly violent storm that could have potentially been an extremely dangerous situation for the photographer. Thankfully, he escapes unscathed and with all of his equipment undamaged.
