In this week’s Adobe Photoshop tutorial, I will show you how to apply wheel movement on your virtual rig or car rig shots. We will be applying a blur filter technique with the radial blur filter. Firstly, we will create a decent round selection around the wheel, then stretch it and apply the filter. Once that is done, we will move the wheel back into its original position andย create a mask layer in order to get rid of the excess blur.
