In today’s video tutorial I will quickly introduce you to the blur, sharpen and smudge tool. The blur and sharpen tools are not the ideal tools to create a blur or sharpen effect – rather use the sharpen or blur filters under the filter gallery option. Once I’m finished with those, I will go over to the dodge, burn and sponge tools and show you, how to use and work with them in a few easy steps. Please note: These tool are to be handled very carefully, they easily ruin your images in seconds! [Use layers! Ed.]
