We join young filmmaker, Simon Cade, at DSLRguide to look at a few options when it comes to filming in low light conditions. It’s not always possible to have the best performing low light camera or lens at hand, so what do you do when you find yourself faced with a night scene for example? Sure you can push your ISO up, but you might pay a hefty price with noise in your footage. Another option is of course a lens with a nice large aperture, but what if you don’t have that? Is it worth buying more expensive equipment or is this something you can resolve with clever lighting? Let’s take a look…
