Shot from Lion’s Head with a Nikon D3X, the panorama was stitched together from 10 individual images and stretches from Signal Hill to Clifton, with the beautiful hues of night sky and the city’s glow complimenting each other. We recently had the pleasure of turning the photo into a huge Diasec mounted artwork, measuring 2.8 by 0.94 metres, which was installed in a boardroom at Investec Asset Management’s impressive Cape Town offices.
The print was created by Vincent van Graan (read our staff interview with Vince, coincidentally featuring a shot of him and Eric chatting about work) and mounted using the exclusive Diasec process at Orms Print Room & Framing. Here’s a few more looks at the work:
