Everything you need to know about our Photographic Lightjet Prints…
Choosing the kind of paper for your photographic prints can be a bit daunting if you don’t know the qualities of each option, so we decided to explain things a little bit for you…
Photographic Lightjet Prints are professional photographers’ preferred choice for exhibitions. Silver-based C-type (chromogenic colour) prints are produced by exposing specialized, light-sensitive photographic paper to red, green & blue light. The paper is then developed and washed, using traditional photographic techniques to produce an archival print. We’re proud to also offer the highly specialized service of printing true black and white photographic prints, using fibre-based black and white paper, on our LightJet printer.
Archival Properties: We advise on the correct handling, cleaning and storage of all archival products to ensure that your media last between 80 –100 years.
