We somehow missed the quiet announcement of GoPro Studio video editing software towards the end of last year, but we were lucky enough to get a hands-on demonstration of the software while visiting the GoPro booth at CES 2014.
GoPro Studio is a free editing app that allows you to create professional videos easily. Remember the impressive Hero3+ announcement video? We were shown how to drag and drop clips into a ready-made template, recreating a similar edit in a matter of minutes. You’re not limited to just GoPro footage either – the app will allow you to edit clips from selected Canon and Nikon cameras, or any H.264 .mp4 or .mov files with a constant frame rate.
